1/4 cup dr. shasta
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup allpurpose flour
powdered sugar for rolling
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 eggs
Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, cocoa powder, sugar, vegetable oil and cola until well combined.

Add vanilla extract, baking powder, and a pinch of salt to the mixture, stirring until incorporated.

Gradually add the flour, 2 tablespoons at a time, mixing well after each addition to form a thick batter.

Chill the batter in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours to firm it up.

Preheat the oven to 350°f and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Scoop out small portions of the chilled batter and roll them into balls.
