Creamy Paneer!

This easy Paneer recipe takes just 10 minute and is a culinary delight that seamlessly combines the rich flavors of paneer with a medley of aromatic spices.

Ingredients

1/3 cup cream

1/2 teaspoon red paprika

1/2teaspoon roasted cumin powder

2 teaspoon gingergarlic paste

3 tomatoes finely chopped

1 tablespoon ghee

1 tablespoon dry fenugreek leaves kasuri methi

1 mediumsized onion thinly sliced

fresh cilantro for garnish

200g paneer cubed or cut in desired shape

green chilies sliced or chopped

1 teaspoon cumin seeds

1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

salt to taste

Instructions

Step 1

Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and then onions, sauté onions until transparent.

Step 2

Add tomatoes, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies spices and cook until tomatoes are soft.

Step 3

Add cream, fenugreek, and paneer. ( to make paneer extra soft, soak it in hot water for 5-6 minutes before adding to the onion tomato mixture.) let it simmer until it comes to a boil.

Step 4

Garnish with fresh cilantro.

Step 5

Enjoy with naan or rice.
