Ingredients

1/2 cup milk powder

2/3 cups fox nuts makhane

crushed pistachios and dried rose petals for garnish

1 cup heavy cream

2/3 cups almonds

2/3 cup walnuts

2/3 cup pistachios

a few saffron strands soaked in 1 tablespoon of milk

2/3 cashews

1/2 cup condensed milk adjust to taste

2/3 cup shredded coconut

2 cups milk

Instructions

Step 1

Begin by dry roasting all the nuts over medium heat for about 7-8 minutes, then grind them into a fine mixture.

Step 2

Combine the ground nuts with milk, heavy cream, milk powder, saffron-infused milk, and condensed milk. bring it to a boil, resulting in a thick, luscious consistency. you can adjust the thickness by adding more milk.

Step 3

This delightful kheer can be relished hot, chilled, or at room temperature. garnish with crushed pistachios and dried rose petals when serving.
