easySavoring the black cherry brownie paired with a Shasta black cherry soda was a taste sensation like no other. The brownie’s rich, chocolaty goodness perfectly complemented the soda’s fruity notes. With each bite, the mingling flavors created a symphony of delight, leaving our taste buds dancing.
Ingredients
2 eggs
1/3 cup & 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
3/4 cup sugar
12 oz pitted cherries
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cherry and mint for garnish
4 oz butter
1/3 cup chopped dark chocolate
1/2 cup & 2 tablespoons flour
6 oz shasta black cherry soda shastasodas
Instructions
Step 1
Ake 12 oz pitted and chopped cherries in a pan, pour 6 oz shasta black cherry soda and let it boil until it becomes thick. let it cool and divide it in 3 parts. puree one part and sieve it.
Step 2
Now take 4 oz melted butter in a bowl, add sugar, eggs, vanilla and mix everything nicely. now sieve flour and cocoa powder in it and mix.
Step 3
Fold 1/3 of the cherry sauce and 1/3 cup chopped chocolate in this batter.
Step 4
Pour the mixture in 8 by 8 pan lined with parchment paper. add 1/3 of the cherry sauce on top and make swirls with a tooth pick.
Step 5
Bake at 350f for 28-30 minutes.
Step 6
Let it cool, cut into slices, stack 2 slices on a serving plate, top it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, pour puréed cherry sauce on top. garnish with fresh cherry and mint. shasta black cherry brownies are ready to be enjoyed.
