Ingredients
500g chicken breast
paprika
oyster sauce
spring onions and sesame seeds
sesame oil
3 noodle nests
sweet chilli sauce
25g cornflour
soy sauce to your liking
chinese 5 spice
pepper
ground ginger
garlic
salt
Instructions
Step 1
In a sandwich bag add in the cornflour, paprika, salt and pepper
Step 2
Put the chicken in the bag and shake the bag until the chicken is fully coated
Step 3
Fry off the chicken until crispy and cooked on the inside
Step 4
Remove from heat and put on bowl to one side
Step 5
In the same frying pan add in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sweet chilli sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ground ginger and chinese 5 spice, stir until combined.
Step 6
Add the chicken into the pan and toss until the chicken is coated
Step 7
Meanwhile cook the noodle nests and remove from heat and drain when done - add in some sesame oil to stop them from clumping.
Step 8
Remove chicken from frying pan into a bowl.
Step 9
Add noodles to frying pan to toss in the remaining sauce in the pan

Serve the noodles and chicken and top with sesame seeds and spring onions
