You have to try this, it tastes amazing!

Ingredients

• 1 large onion

• salt to taste

• 20g butter

• water / stock

• ramen

• 25g curry roux

• 100g beef thinly sliced

Instructions

Step 1

• brown your butter in a pot, then caramelize the chopped onion on medium-low heat (it should take 25-30 mins)

Step 2

• add the beef and stir until it gets color, season with salt

Step 3

• add water/stock and bring the mixture to a boil

Step 4

• add your ramen and then add the curry roux

Step 5

(chop the roux into small pieces so it can easily dissolve in water)

Step 6

• top with green onions, bean sprouts and ramen egg (soft boiled egg marinated in soy sauce, mirin, sake and sugar)
