• 100g canned tuna drained
• 50g mozzarella cheese
• 300g cooked white rice
• 7g furikake 1.5tbsp
• 30g japanese mayo

Instructions
Step 1
- mix drained canned tuna with mayo, and then combine with rice, bonito flakes, furikake and soy sauce
Step 2
- wet your hands and shape into rice balls with mozzarella filling (see video). make sure u don’t put too much cheese in the middle, otherwise they’ll melt all over when air-frying (i went for ~80g rice mixture & 10g mozzarella)
Step 3
- brush a layer of sesame oil on both sides of the rice balls and airfry at 180degrees c for 12 mins on the first side, and 8 mins on the remaining side, or until golden brown as desired
Step 4
(you can brush more sesame oil after the first airfrying / or blowtorch afterwards for extra crispiness)
Step 5
Garnish with extra bonito & mayo if you like, then enjoy
