MISO BROWN BUTTER

This literally makes your kitchen smell like a bakery:) Also, be prepared for an arm workout:D

Ingredients

• 10g red miso paste

• 80g unsalted butter

Instructions

Step 1

• melt the butter over medium-low heat

Step 2

• whisk constantly as the butter starts foaming

Step 3

• continue to whisk until you see the sediments and color turns to brown underneath the bubbles

Step 4

• immediately turn off the heat (it can get burnt easily, so be quick here) add miso paste and continue to whisk until dissolved

Step 5

• transfer into another bowl and place over a bowl of ice. whisk until the butter hardens

Step 6

• serve on toast or add to any dishes as wanted:)
