Ingredients

• 300g cooked rice

• 3 tsp sesame oil

3 soy sauce 3 mirin 2 honey

• 2 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions

Step 1

- combine cooked rice, sesame oil and sesame seeds

Step 2

- use wet hands to form the onigiri shape ( pack tightly so it doesn’t fall apart)

Step 3

- oil the pan and grill (or pan-fry) the rice balls. meanwhile, prepare the sauce

Step 4

- once the balls turn crispy on both sides, brush the sauce on top (of both sides) and grill until golden

Step 5

- wrap with nori and serve
