My FAVOURITE chocolates, the velvety nama chocolates are light and melt in your mouth, and before you know it, you’ve eaten all of them in one sitting ️️ Can you imagine that it only take 4 ingredients and 5 minutes to prepare??? Invented in Japan, these chocolates come in all sorts of flavours, my favourite renditions being dark chocolate, chocolate-strawberry and matcha! They’re so delicate that they have to be served practically frozen, and can melt before your eyes if you leave them out in a hot room. But ironically, these icy chocolates are perfect for summer

Ingredients

65g double cream

14g melted unsalted butter

180g white chocolate

9g matcha powder

Instructions

Step 2

Step 3

Whisk in the melted butter and seive in the matcha powder

Step 4

Step 5

Freeze overnight before serving
