easyOMG this is my new fav snack! This viral mochi recipe is legit bomb! It’s so easy to make and so delish!! All you need is rice paper, rice flour and ice-cream/ frozen yoghurt for the filling!
Ingredients
rice flour dusting
1 tbsp gipsy rose powder
1/3 cup yoghurt
1 rice paper
1/4 cup frozen berries
1 tbsp vanilla protein
Instructions
Step 1
Mix frozen yoghurt ingredients and scoop onto a baking paper.
Step 2
Freeze for 1 hour. soak rice paper in water.
Step 3
Dusting table with rice flour, wrap the frozen yoghurt with rice paper and coat with rice flour. enjoy!
