super easyOnly needs 90s in the microwave and it’s super delicious + packed with coffee goodness! Vegan, GF with a boost of protein! I used malt extract to replace maple syrup for an extra chewiness and delicious roasted flavour! Instead of choc chips, I chopped up my favourite snack bar made with coffee fruits, super YUM! I made this recipe sugar free by using Erythritol but you can use normal cane sugar. Enjoy these cookies with a cup of freshly brewed coffee and this will be your best afternoon tea I used Republica’s organic instant coffee here which I think is the best I could find in the supermarket Try the recipe ASAP
