This is probably the easiest dessert I’ve ever made?? With three ingredients, a chemical reaction and ten minutes of your time, you get this magical pudding-like dessert that tastes just like lemon ice cream Originally served hot and used for medicinal purposes, lemon posset is a creamy, lemony concoction that’s the perfect lazy summer snack!

Ingredients

lemon zest for garnish optional

juice of 1 juicy lemon

180g heavy double cream

1 tbsp sugar

Instructions

Step 1

Cook the cream and sugar until it reaches a simmer

Step 2

Pour in the lemon juice and stir until frothy and thick

Step 3

Pour into ramekins or emptied lemon shells, garnish

Step 4

Put in the fridge overnight until set!
