This was incredible, sweet, spicy and salty and so heartwarming. UGH I DUCKING LOVE RAMEN

Ingredients

garlic

2 eggs

oyster sauce

hoisin

chicken stock cube

cucumber

five spice

spring onions

cayenne pepper

2 instant ramen noodles

500g pork belly

honey

sesame seeds

soy sauce

Instructions

Step 1

Take 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons of hoisin, 1 tablespoon of honey and a small teaspoon of cayenne pepper and mix together

Step 2

Marinade the pork belly in that mixture for about 30 mins before cooking

Step 3

Fry the pork belly on a low heat with oil and add some garlic, salt and pepper to taste

Step 4

Whilst the pork belly is frying off, boil a kettle and add 400ml of water to your chicken stock cube/pot in a measuring jug, add in any seasonings you like to the broth, i added in soy sauce, garlic and a little 5 spice

Step 5

Boil your eggs in a pan for 5 mins each (if out of fridge or 7 mins if in fridge)

Step 6

Boil your ramen noodles in water and add the seasonings they provide. serve ramen noodles in a bowl, pour over the broth, add in the pork belly, sesame seeds, spring onions, sliced cucumbers and finally the soft boiled eggs and servveeee
