This recipe features 200g of pasta, enriched with a sauce made from chopped tomatoes, crème fraîche, a dash of Worcestershire sauce, and a sprinkle of sugar for balance. The star of the dish is the sausage, removed from its casing and fried until browned, then combined with the rich sauce. Parmesan cheese adds a savory depth. Ingredients

fresh mozzarella

200g of pasta

creme friache

2 teaspoons of lazy garlic

1 tsp of worcester sauce

basil

chopped tomatoes

parmesan

1 fresh chilli

4 sausages out the skin

sprinkle of sugar taste as you go

Instructions

Step 1

Start off by pre heating your grill. fry the sausage meat, breaking it up as it cooks. season with salt and pepper

Step 2

Once the sausage meat has browned, put your pasta on to boil. follow pasta cooking instructions.

Step 3

In the frying pan, add the chopped tomatoes, chopped chilli, lazy garlic, sugar, basil and worcester sauce. you can also add a splash of red wine now if you like.

Step 4

Once this has reduced and is streaming, turn heat to low and add in the creme friache and parmesan and allow this to simmer

Step 5

Drain the pasta and put to one side whilst you tear up the mozzarella ball

Step 6

Add in the pasta to the sauce pan and combine and empty into an oven proof container, top with mozzarella and put until the grill until the cheese melts and is stringy & then serve!
