The creamiest risotto you’ll ever it. Risotto isnt the prettiest food you’ll ever eat, but it tastes goooood. All for 671 calories per serving

Ingredients

150g of risotto rice

700ml veg stock

6 heck chicken sausages

1 tablespoon garlic puree

1 red onion diced

2 handful of fresh spinach

1 bousin 150g

Instructions

Step 1

In a frying pan cook the heck chicken sausages and cut them up with a spoon as they cook. once cooked remove from pan and put to one side.

Step 2

In the same frying pan (don’t worry about cleaning) cook the onions until they become slightly translucent and add in the garlic purée. meanwhile make your veg stock) i used a veg stock pot and 700ml boiling water)

Step 3

Add in your risotto rice and stir into the onion and garlic mixture and leave them to heat for a couple of mins.

Step 4

Little by little add your stock to your rice and onions, once the rice has absorbed all the stock add more until you have none left and the rice is cooked. add in your spinach and stir until it wilts.

Step 5

Add in any seasonings you’d like and your boursin and stir until it melts, return the cooked sausage meat to the pan and stir in until all is combined. serve immediately and enjoy ❤️
