The cannelloni is layered in a deep dish with tomato sauce, topped with slices of mozzarella, more Parmesan, and fresh basil leaves. Baked at 180 degrees for about 30-35 minutes, this dish is a testament to the magic that happens when simple ingredients are combined with love. The result is a mouth-watering meal that's perfect for any occasion, leaving you satisfied and eager for the next bite.
Ingredients
1 pot of mascarpone
handful baby spinach
cannelloni tubes
1 pot of ricotta
4 tspn lazy garlic
1 mozzarella ball
fresh basil leaves
tomato pasta sauce
parmesan cheese
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven @ 180 degrees
Step 2
In a bowl combine the ricotta, mascarpone, parmesan and lazy garlic together, boil the kettle.
Step 3
Once the kettle has boiled out the spinach in a colander in the sink and pour the boiled water over the spinach to wilt it. and squeeze to release as much water as possible and add into the cheese mixture
Step 4
Add in any seasonings to this that you like (i usually add in salt, pepper, dried basil, garlic granules and an italian seasoning.)

In a deep dish pan add in a small layer of tomato sauce (leaving atleast 2/3 left in the jar)

Grab a sandwich bag and push inside of a pint glass and spread the bag over the edges to form a stand to pour in the cheese mixture. take out of pint glass and cut of a small corner (the cut should be about a cm wide)
Step 7
Fill the cannelloni tubes using the diy pipe bag and place them all in lined up the deep dish tray.
Step 8
Once the tray is full to each edge with the filled tubes, pour over the rest of the sauce and slice up the mozzarella and put the slices over the pasta dish and add on parmesan and fresh basil leaves
Step 9
Bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes. you will know it’s done when you can easily put a knife through it.
Step 10
Leave to rest for 5 minutes (this will help the pasta keep its shape when you serve it)
