Ingredients

150g dried pasta

6 skinny sausages aldi/heck

2 tablespoons red pesto

2 tablespoons creme fraiche

20g parmesan

paprika dried herbs salt & pepper to taste

1 ball of low fat mozzerella

Instructions

Step 1

In a pan break down 6 sausages and season with paprika, salt, pepper, garlic, dried herbs. meanwhile set pasta to boil. once sausages have browned, add in spinach to wilt.

Step 2

To the sausage and spinach, add in pesto, creme friache and parmesan. then combine, add in some pasta water until you get a sauce consistency that you’d like.

Step 3

Drain pasta once cooked and add to pan, pour pasta into an oven safe dish and tear up the mozzarella ball and place evenly on top, stick in the oven for 10 mins at 180 and serve
