Chocolate ganache

2 chocolate bars

200ml of heavy cream

Step 1

Boil the heavy cream until just a little bubbly.

Step 2

Add in the chocolate.

Step 3

Stir until completely melted and thoroughly mixed in, should be a thick mixture.

Step 4

Let it sit in the fridge for a while & you’re done!
