Ingredients
100g yogurt mixed with sweetener
sweetener of choice
2 slices prozis lean breadmuligrain
1/2 tbsp flax seeds or one egg
60ml coffe
cocoa powder
Instructions
Step 1
-mix coffe,sweetener and flax seeds
Step 2
-dunk the bread in the mixture
Step 3
-add the soaked bread slices to a pan and fry from both sides
Step 4
-add one of the bread slices to your plate
Step 5
-add a layer of yogurt
Step 6
-add the other bread slice on top
Step 7
-add another layer of yogurt
Step 8
-dust with cocoa powder and enjoy!
