Experience the flavors of Nando's at home with this "Nando's" Pasta recipe. This dish combines tender chicken thighs, spicy chorizo, and creamy halloumi with a rich sauce made from tomato purée, Nando's medium garlic sauce, and crème fraîche. The addition of spinach, red onion, and garlic adds depth, while a sprinkle of Parmesan brings it all together. Ingredients

medium garlic sauce from nandos

half bag of spinach

1/4 chorizo ring

175g of pasta

handful parmesan

creme fraiche

red onion

half clove garlic

3 chicken thighs

tomato purée

150g of halloumi

Instructions

Step 1

To prepare, dice chicken thighs & red onion then slice the chorizo & the garlic

Step 2

Once all prepared, fry off the chicken, chorizo for 5 minutes then add in the garlic and red onion until all cooked. add in any seasonings you fancy

Step 3

Add in spinach and leave until fully wilted

Step 4

And put on the pasta to boil at the same time

Step 5

In the frying pan add in tomato purée, nandos medium garlic sauce, with creme friach and stir until combined. add in parmesan and leave to melt

Step 6

Meanwhile in a separate frying pan, cook the halloumi cubes in oil, about 2 mins each side on a medium high heat

Step 7

Once pasta is cooked drain and add into frying pan, stir until combined, then serve ✨
