Ingredients
medium garlic sauce from nandos
half bag of spinach
1/4 chorizo ring
175g of pasta
handful parmesan
creme fraiche
red onion
half clove garlic
3 chicken thighs
tomato purée
150g of halloumi
Instructions
Step 1
To prepare, dice chicken thighs & red onion then slice the chorizo & the garlic
Step 2
Once all prepared, fry off the chicken, chorizo for 5 minutes then add in the garlic and red onion until all cooked. add in any seasonings you fancy

Add in spinach and leave until fully wilted
Step 4
And put on the pasta to boil at the same time

In the frying pan add in tomato purée, nandos medium garlic sauce, with creme friach and stir until combined. add in parmesan and leave to melt
Step 6
Meanwhile in a separate frying pan, cook the halloumi cubes in oil, about 2 mins each side on a medium high heat
Step 7
Once pasta is cooked drain and add into frying pan, stir until combined, then serve ✨
