easyI literally can eat wontons everyday. Usually i make 100 of these and store in the freezer and it’ll just take 5-10 mins for these to be served.
Ingredients
2tbsp tahini
1tbsp black vinegar
2tbsp sugar
1tbsp sesame oil
1tbsp fish sauce
1tbsp oyster sauce
chili crisp
2tbsp soy sauce
1/2tsp ground black pepper
cilantro
2tbsp peanut butter
2tbsp sesame oil
2tbsp wonton water
green onions
2 hyphen 3 stalks green onions
toasted sesame seeds
1tbsp soy sauce
2tbsp minced garlic
350g ground pork
240g minced shrimp
Instructions
Step 1
Mix (ground pork, minced shrimp, minced garlic, fish sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, ground black pepper and green onions) together until combined and wrap the filling in wonton wrappers. put the wontons in the freezer for 20mins. meanwhile, prepare a pot of boiling water.
Step 2
Boil the wontons for 5 mins until they float to the surface. reserve some water for the sauce.
Step 3
Mix sugar, peanut butter, tahini and soy sauce. whisk until combined, then add vinegar and sesame oil, whisk, and finally wonton water to thin out the sauce.
Step 4
Add chilli crisp, toasted sesame seeds, green onions and cilantro for plating
