Ingredients
1 spring onion finely diced
100 g frozen prawns
1 bunch of pak choy
1 tsp chilli oil
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the jug and pour into the noodle bowl up to the marking. add the pak choy and spring onion to the noodle bowl and cover.
Step 2
Cook prawns in a pan on medium-high heat in a splash of oil for about 4-5 minutes or until cooked through.
Step 3
Remove the lid from the noodles and add the prawns. drizzle over some chilli oil to serve.
