Indulge in the exquisite fusion of flavors with Matcha Tiramisu. Begin by whisking 3 tsp of @organicblisstea matcha in 350ml hot, not boiling water. In a separate bowl, beat 2 eggs + 2 yolks with 70g sugar until creamy. Combine with 500g mascarpone. Layer Ladyfingers in a dish, soaking them in the matcha. Spread the mascarpone mixture, creating a divine harmony of textures. Refrigerate for a matcha-infused, decadent delight.

Ingredients

500g mascarpone

70g sugar

2 eggs 2 yolks

300g lady fingers

350ml of matcha using 3 tsp organicblisstea matcha and hot but not boiling water

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare your matcha by whisking it with hot water and cool it down.

Step 2

Beat yolks and sugar in stand mixer or electric beater on speed for <10 minutes or until it changes from yellow to pale yellow (almost white).

Step 3

Add mascarpone, beat until just combined and smooth. transfer mixture to a bowl, set aside.

Step 4

Beat egg whites until it’s stiff (3 minutes). gently fold through the cream mixture and fold through until just combined.

Step 5

Quickly dip biscuits in cooled down matcha and line the bottom of your dish. spread over half the cream, then top with another layer of matcha dipped biscuits. spread with remaining cream.

Step 6

Cover, refrigerate for at least 4 - 5 hours, preferably overnight

Step 7

Dust with matcha powder just before serving.
