Ingredients
3 green onions sliced
pepper
salt
1 cup red grapes quartered
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1 boneless skinless chicken breast
4 stalk celery diced
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
3 tablespoon chopped parsley
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 lemon juiced
Instructions
Step 1
Poach chicken breast, that was cut into small chunks previously. i usually add parsley to boiling water to make it aromatic! simmer your chicken for 12-15min, let it rest and cool down.
Step 2
Shred the chicken using two forks.
Step 3
Slice and dice the celery, green onion, grapes, parsley. add those ingredients to a mixing bowl along with the mayonnaise, dijon mustard, seeds and lemon juice. season with salt and pepper. add your chicken.
Step 4
Store in the fridge and serve cold!
