Ingredients

1 scoop of pranaon protein powder

3/4 cup of milk of choice

2 tablespoons of maple syrup/ honey

pinch of cinnamon

1 banana

salt

1 egg

3/4 cup of rolled oats

1 teaspoon of baking powder

Step 1

Blend all the ingredients expect extras for 1 minute. pour in the ramekins and add your favorite toppings (extras). bake 30min in 190 degrees celsius.
