Those pralines are very rich, decadent and will sort any chocolate cravings! I definitely need a more efficient food processor but you can easily blend all the ingredients to achieve a creamy and smooth texture without any noticeable chickpeas left 🫶🏼

Ingredients

blend rinsed chickpeas melted dark chocolate and almond butter in a food processor until smooth.

dip each of your truffles in melted chocolate and sprinkle with salt flakes. store your pralines in the fridge

scoop balls on a cookie sheet. freeze for about 10 minutes.
