ROASTED RED PEPPER AND BURRATA FLATBREAD

Perfectly crunchy flatbread topped with fresh ingredients and creamy cheese.

Ingredients

3 cloves garlic minced

1 flatbread

1 tsp dried basil

1 tsp oregano

1 ball of burrata

¼ cup olive oil

¼ cup black olives

1 tsp red pepper flakes

½ cup red peppers sliced and roasted

fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees c. grease a baking sheet with olive oil.

Step 2

Spread the flatbread with olive oil. add the garlic, basil, oregano, crushed red pepper flakes, and a pinch each of salt and pepper. add the olives and red peppers.

Step 3

Transfer to the oven and bake for 10 minutes or until the crust is crisp. remove from the oven and top with fresh basil and burrata. eat!
