Take a break from scrolling pumpkin recipes and make this apple crumble with my friend @_labussolina_ and me. Apple crumble is one of the easiest desserts you can ever make, it’s foolproof and soooo good, crunchy yet soft, a warm and hearty dessert for the coldest months. And have you ever tried it for a sweet breakfast? We looove it!

Ingredients

4 granny smith apples

3⁄4 sticks cold unsalted butter 100g

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup allpurpose flour 150g

1⁄2 cup granulated sugar 100g 1 tbsp for the apples

1/2 tbsp cinnamon powder

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350f (180c).

Step 2

Slice apples into ½-inch cubes and toss in a bowl along with 1 tbsp powdered sugar and cinnamon powder. stir to combine.

Step 3

Cover the bottom of a skillet with the apples, making sure they’re evenly spread.

Step 4

Combine sugar, vanilla extract, butter, and flour to make a crumbly and thick dough.

Step 5

Crumble dough over fruit with your fingers.

Step 6

Bake for 20-30 minutes, until the streusels become golden brown. enjoy warm!
