Let’s make Italian flatbread (piadina) together! Stuff it with cheese, veggies, prosciutto or anything you like. What will you choose?

Ingredients

1 tsp salt un pizzico di sale

2 cups 250g allpurpose flour farina 0

1 1/2 tbsp 20g olive oil olio evo

1/2 cup 125g water acqua

Instructions

Step 1

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and knead until lump-free.

Step 2

Divide the dough into 6 parts. dust a flat surface with flour and roll each ball to very thin, almost paper-thin. try to keep a round shape.

Step 3

Heat a non-stick frying pan. when hot, place one piadina at a time. flip after one minute and cook for another minute on the other side.

Step 4
