Ingredients

Pasteurize the egg whites in the same double boiler, along with the remaining sugar, while whipping continuously.

Step 4

Beat the egg whites at the highest speed, ensuring the whisks are clean.

Step 5

Gently fold the egg whites into the mixture, combining until smooth.

Step 6

Pour mousse into cups or bowls to serve.
