How do you like to eat your biscuits? I eat them for breakfast with my homemade jam; the combination of a little salty biscuits and sweet jam is heavenly to me. When I was living in New York, I was obsessed with a brunch spot that served warm biscuits with their homemade jam. Little did I know back then that biscuits are sooo easy to make.

Ingredients

2 teaspoons baking powder

50g unsalted butter

120ml cup milk

120g cake flour

2 teaspoons granulated sugar

1/2 teaspoons sea salt

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 450f (230c). combine all dry ingredients in a bowl.

Step 2

Add softened butter and milk to the dry ingredients. use a fork to stir until all the flour is moistened.

Step 3

Drop by spoonful onto greased muffin tins. bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
