100g granulated sugar

800g plums pitted

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

100g cold unsalted butter

150g allpurpose flour

Preheat oven to 350 f.

Combine sugar, vanilla extract, and butter. stir in flour. the dough will be crumbly and thick.

Step 3

Slice plums and place in a casserole dish.
