This is so far away from a traditional quesadilla but i love making it with whatever meats i have in the fridge for a perfect light lunch.

tortilla

chicken

cheddar cheese

jalapeño

Instructions

Step 1

Chop the jalapeno and left over chicken. add the tortilla over a pan and add chicken, cheeze and jalapeno.

Step 2

Fold and let it crisp on. chop and enjoy!
