Peanut butter protein balls the perfect healthy, balanced snack!

Ingredients

1/3 cup protein powder

2 tbsp ground flax seeds

2 hyphen 3 tbsp honey adjust depending on how drippy your peanut butter is

optional add ins cinnamon or mini chocolate chips

1/2 cup natural peanut butter or nut butter of your choice

2/3 cup quick oats

Instructions

Step 1

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until well combined.

Step 2

If your peanut butter is on thicker/drier side, add an extra tbsp of honey to help the mixture bind together.

Step 3

Once combined, form into balls by squeezing the mixture together tightly then forming it into a ball.

Step 4

Store in the fridge and enjoy a quick and nutritious snack throughout the week!
