Grilled Balsamic Chicken

A staple this grilling season! The perfect flavourful chicken to add on top of salads or serve on it’s own with your favourite summer sides

Ingredients

1 tsp dijon mustard

3 tbsp balsamic vinegar

1 large garlic clove minced

pinch of chilli flakes

juice of half a lemon

1/4 cup olive oil

1 tbsp soy sauce

crack of fresh pepper

6 hyphen 8 chicken thighs or 3 hyphen 4 breasts

Instructions

Step 1

Whisk together the marinade and pour over the chicken in a zip lock or shallow container.

Step 2

Transfer it to the fridge and let it marinate for at least 2 hours but overnight is even better!

Step 3

Next grill the chicken until cook throughly, for chicken thighs about 5 minutes per side.

Step 4

For even more flavour, baste the chicken with the leftover marinate halfway through cooking.

Step 5

Transfer the chicken to a plate and let sit for 5 minutes before serving! enjoy
