These no-bake protein balls are probably one of the best snacks I’ve ever had and they are so filling. I usually have a couple for snack, even though I have a tendency to want to eat the whole batch. I promise they are that good.

Ingredients

1/4 cup shredded coconut

1/2 cup peanut butter or nut butter of choice

1/3 cup honey

1 cup rolled oats

1/4 cup flaxseed meal

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

Step 1

Measure and pour all ingredients into a large bowl and mix them up.

Step 2

I usually just use my hands and sprinkle water on them periodically so that they don’t stick to the mixture.

Step 3

Once the ingredients are mixed roll them into 12 balls and place them in the fridge for at least one hour before
