being home and finally back into a routine means i’m finally back in the kitchen trying new recipes. i was so excited to make these overnight oats because i kind of fell off the oats train for a second and because i have been craving sweets like no other lately. there’s a bunch of ways you can modify this recipe, but here’s how i made it

Ingredients

1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup

3/4 tbsp cinnamon

1 cup rolled oats

1 cup milk of choice i used almond

2 tbsp cashew butter

drizzle of honey

2 scoops collagen protein powder

2 tbsp greek yogurt

cinnamon

Instructions

Step 1

Mix all the oat ingredients together in a jar or a bowl. cover and let them sit in the fridge overnight.

Step 2

In the morning drizzle greek yogurt and honey in a spiral, the top with more cinnamon.
