these are so soft on the inside and slightly crunchy on the outside and are definitely my latest obsession. if you’ve ever wanted to try a new recipe, THIS is the one too try. the chocolate drizzle and matcha cookie is so mmm

Ingredients

2 tbsp melted coconut oil

1/4 tbsp baking powder

spoonful of coconut oil

3 tbsp maple syrup

1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

1 tbsp matcha

sea salt

1 cup almond flour

Instructions

Step 1

Mix dry ingredients together, then add maple syrup and melted coconut oil. stir together until there is a sticky dough consistency

Step 2

Roll the dough into 6-7 balls and place on parchment paper, flatten each dough ball with your hands to form the cookies

Step 3

Bake at 325 f for 10 to 12 minutes and let the cookies cool for about 5 minutes

Step 4

Microwave the chocolate and coconut oil until smooth and drizzle over the cookies. top with cracked sea salt and enjoy!l
