mediumthis is one of those desserts i’ve had on my to bake list all summer. i have been loving blueberries lately and picked up some super sweet ones from the farmers market this week and figured this was a perfect dessert to try out, especially because the weather has cooled off a little bit lately and i was actually willing to turn on my oven for the first time in weeks. i swear this was the most refreshing perfect dessert i have tried yet and the recipe is seriously fool proof. i made the filling and crust from scratch, but if your not feeling like making homemade crust this recipe would also be amazing with puff pastry.
