Once you make this recipe I promise you’ll never go back to pre-packaged pancake mixes! These waffles are made from oats, flax eggs, apple sauce, warming spices, almond milk & you can add a scoop of protein powder if you’d like!

Ingredients

1.5 cups rolled oats

hemp seeds

1/4 tsp nutmeg

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

3/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce

bananas

2 flax eggs 2 tbsp flaxseed meal 5 tbsp water

1/4 tsp allspice

1/4 tsp salt

1 tsp cinnamon

2 tbsp evoo

1 scoop chocolate protein powder

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

strawberries

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat your waffle maker.

Step 2

Combine all the ingredients to a blender and blend until it is thick and creamy.

Step 3

Scoop into waffle maker and once done top with your favorite toppings!!
