No-Bake Granola Bars

These granola bars are packed with nutrient dense foods & the chocolate makes it seem like a little sweet treat! Super fun + easy to make and will last in the fridge for weeks to make for a super easy grab & go snack.⚡️

Ingredients

2 tbsp chia seeds

½ tsp evoo

¼ cup maple syrup

⅓ cup sprouted pumpkin seeds

1 ½ cup rolled oats gluten free if desired

⅛ tsp ground cinnamon

4 tbsp evoo

1 ¼ cup peanut butter

½ cup raw sliced almonds

½ cup brown rice crisps

¼ cup chocolate chunks

¼ cup hemp seeds

¼ cup mini chocolate chips

for chocolate drizzle

Instructions

Step 1

Line an 8x8in baking pan with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a bowl, combine the peanut butter, evoo and maple syrup.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, add all the dry ingredients and mix. pour the liquid mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

Step 4

Pour the mixture into the pan and spread out evenly.

Step 5

Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.

Step 6

Remove from the fridge and cut into granola bars of your choice of size!

Step 7

Melt a ¼ cup of chocolate chunks with a splash of evoo and then drizzle on top of your cut granola bars. you can also dip some of them in chocolate and sprinkle with a little salt for a salty//sweet combo
