Ingredients

3 medjoul dates

1 cup almond flour

3 tbsp almond butter

3 tbsp golden syrup

2 tbsp golden syrup

Instructions

Step 1

Caramel layer: blend together 3 tbsp almond butter, 2 tbsp golden syrup, 3 medjoul dates

Step 2

Bake your almond base layer for 12mins at 180 degrees.

Step 3

Let the base cool then add your caramel and place in the freezer until set.

Step 4

Once frozen cut into bars and coat in dark chocolate and freeze again.

Step 5

Store in an air tight container for 5 days
