20g oat flour
50g yogurt
1 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp baking powder
20g plain flour
1 egg
Instructions
Step 1
Whisk together the dry ingredients then add to the wet ingredients.
Step 2
Mix until combined and rest for 5mins.
Step 3
Pour batter on to your greased pan, flip once you see those little bubbles appear.
Step 4
Top with greek yogurt, blueberries and honey
