easyIndulge in homemade Mini Chocolate Cookie Cereal! Mix almond & oat flour, baking soda, powder, and salt. Whisk brown sugar, oil, and egg separately. Combine, shape into small balls, add choco chips, and flatten. Bake at 170°C for 10-12 mins. Perfect for a chocolatey breakfast!
Ingredients
2 tbsp cacao powder
1/4 cup oil
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 egg
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup oat flour
Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, combine almond flour, oat flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, whisk together coconut sugar, oil and egg.
Step 3
Mix everything together with a wooden spoon or spatula until well combined.
Step 4
Scoop the dough onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet, shaping the dough into small balls. add chocolate chips and flatten with your fingers
Step 5
Bake for 10-12 mins at 170 degrees
