easyIndulge in these Chocolate Almond Cookies, a gluten-free treat! Mix brown sugar, butter, egg, coconut oil, and vanilla. Sift almond flour, cacao powder, and baking soda, then combine with the wet mix. Fold in white chocolate chips, spoon onto a baking sheet, and bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Perfect for a sweet snack!
Ingredients
1 egg
2 tbs coconut oil room temperature
1/3 cup cacao powder
1 1/4 cups almond flour
1/2 cup white chocolate
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup butter
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup brown sugar
Instructions
Step 1
Combine sugar, butter, egg, coconut oil, and vanilla in a bowl and mix well.
Step 2
Sift dry ingredients together in a separate bowl, then add to wet mixture.
Step 3
Fold in white chocolate chips.
Step 4
Spoon 1-inch sized balls of batter onto a lined baking sheet
Step 5
Press balls a bit to flatten and top with further white choco chips, then bake @ 180 degrees for 10 minutes
