easySatisfy your sweet cravings with these Brownie Energy Balls. Made with oat flour, chocolate protein powder, soft pitted dates, honey, almond butter, Biscoff spread, and choco chips, these balls are a perfect blend of health and taste. Blend all ingredients, stir in choco chips, and roll into 12 balls. Store in an airtight container for up to a week. Ideal for on-the-go snacks or a sweet evening treat!
Ingredients
1 tsp biscoff spread
1 cup oat flour
2 tbsp almond butter
9 soft pitted dates
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
squeeze of honey
handful of chocolate chips
Instructions
Step 1
Combine all ingredients into your blender, expect your choco chips until you achieve a thick cookie dough type texture.
Step 2
Stir in your chocolate chips and roll into 12 balls.
Step 3
Store in an air tight container, they can last up to a week.
Step 4
Grab them when you’re on the go or in the evening when you fancy something a little sweet.
