Ingredients
5 eggs
1.5 cups sugar
1.5 cups cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 can condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
Instructions
Step 1
In a blender, combine condensed milk, evaporated milk, eggs, vanilla, and cream. blend until smooth.

Strain the mixture through a sieve to eliminate froth or lumps.
Step 3
For caramelized sugar, slowly melt 1.5 cups of sugar over gas, stirring continuously until it turns golden brown.

Pour the caramelized sugar into two nine-inch round pans or a combination of one nine-inch round pan and small ramekins.

Carefully pour the custard mixture over the caramelized sugar in the pans.

Preheat the oven to 350°f (175°c).

Place the pans in a larger baking dish and fill it with hot water to create a water bath.
