easyIt is a flavor explosion!!!. I was actually down with the flu this weekend and i must say that these skewers woke me up! The aftertaste is what i really noticed. A hint of sweet ginger with a touch of herby taste. It was divine !
Ingredients
1kg of boneless skinless chicken thighs
salt
1/3 worcestershire sauce
thyme
1/3 cup of olive oil
pepper
1 shallot
1 bunch spring onion
capeherbandspice caribbean jerk seasoning
ginger
3 chilli peppers to taste
1 tbsp brown sugar
4 cloves of garlic
1/3 cup soy sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Blend all the ingredients and marinate the chicken up to 24 hours. 4 hours minimum.
Step 2
Skewer the chicken and air fry it or bake for 30 minute on 180c and flip half way. tip : (baste the chicken when you flip it with some of the sauce)
Step 3
Melt a knob of butter and mix the remaining marinade and reduce to make a dipping sauce.
Step 4
Serve with peta bread and enjoy !!
