These juicy bars totally remind me of apple pie 🍎 Cinnamony & wholesome, perfect as a snack or breakfast! Great for meal prep, you may have all the ingredients at home 🀝🏼

Ingredients

2 apples

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp honey

115g ground oat flakes

85g oat flakes

1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 egg

320g milk

3 tbsp desiccated coconut

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees fan.

Step 2

Put all the ingredients except the coconut flakes in a bowl and mix well. add coconut flakes and mix again.

Step 3

Cut 1 apple into small pieces and fold into the dough.

Step 4

Pour the mixture into a baking pan and cut the other apple into slices and spread them on top.

Step 5

Bake for about 30-35 minutes and enjoy warm or cold ❀️‍πŸ”₯
